蓄热式焚烧炉

 一.概述 
  我公司是从事有机废气处理设备生产的专业制造厂家, 多年来一直致力于涂装废气处理的研究与制造,秉承“不断积累、持续改善、努力创新”的精神,参照德国先进技术,研制开发的 HRTO 型系列蓄热式热力焚化炉。 在国内相关行业较多成功使用的案例,并且得到了众多的应用和验证。产品的安全性、稳定性、可靠性也得到了提升,基本达到了国外同类产品的先进水平,可以替代进口设备的使用。

二、适用范围

  应用领域:石油及化工(如塑料、橡胶、合成纤维、有机化工);油漆生产及喷漆;印刷(包括印铁、印纸、印塑料);电子元件及电线;农药及染料;医药;显像管、胶片、磁带等。 有机废气浓度在 100PPM—20000PPM 之间。

三、 原理简介

  蓄热式热氧化器( Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer, 简称 RTO )是一种用于处理中低浓度挥发性有机废气的节能型环保装置。

  蓄热式热氧化器采用热氧化法处理中低浓度的有机废气,用陶瓷蓄热床换热器回收热量。其由陶瓷蓄热床、自动控制阀、燃烧室和控制系统等组成。其主要特征是:蓄热床底部的自动控制阀分别与进气总管和排气总管相连,蓄热床通过换向阀交替换向,将由燃烧室出来的高温气体热量蓄留,并预热进入蓄热床的有机废气;采用陶瓷蓄热材料吸收、释放热量;预热到一定温度( ≥ 760℃ )的有机废气在燃烧室发生氧化反应,生成二氧化碳和水,得到净化。 典型的两床式 RTO 主体结构一个燃烧室、两个陶瓷填料床和四个切换阀组成(见下图)。该装置中的蓄热式陶瓷填充床换热器可使热能得到最大限度的回收,热回收率大于 95% ;处理 VOC 时不用或使用很少的燃料。

四、结构特点

操作费用低 , 超低燃料费。有机废气浓度在 450PPM 以上时, RTO 装置不需添加辅助燃料。

净化率高,两床式 RTO 净化率在 98% 以上,三床式 RTO 净化率在 99% 以上。

不产生 NOX 等二次污染。

全自动控制、操作简单。  

 

安全性高。

三室 RTO

适用于下列有机废气的治理:

大风量、低浓度;

同一生产线上,因产品不同,废气成分经常发生变化;

废气中含有使催化剂中毒或活性衰退的成分(例水银,铅,锡,锌等的金属蒸气和磷,磷化物,砷等的存在,随着时间的增加,覆盖在催化剂表面,使催化剂失去活性;卤素和多量的水蒸气的存在,会使催化剂暂时失去活性。);

性能特点:

运行费用低、性价比合理。

净化效率高, VOC 去除率 ≥95% ,可达 99% 。

使用寿命长,维护保养易。

运行安全可靠。

Two. Scope of application

Applications: Petroleum and chemical industry (such as plastic, rubber, synthetic fiber, organic chemical paint and paint); production; printing (including printing, printing paper, printing plastics); electronic components and wires; pesticides and dyes; medicine; tube, film, tape etc.. The concentration of organic waste gas is between 100PPM - 20000PPM.

Three. A brief introduction to the principle

Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) is an energy saving environmental protection device for treating low concentration volatile organic waste gas.

The regenerative heat oxidizer uses thermal oxidation to treat the medium and low concentration of organic waste gas, and the heat exchanger is recovered by a ceramic regenerative bed heat exchanger. It is composed of a ceramic regenerative bed, an automatic control valve, a combustion chamber and a control system. Its main features are: automatic control valve at the bottom of the heat storage bed are respectively connected with the inlet and outlet duct, the heat storage bed by alternately reversing valve, the high temperature gas combustion chamber heat storage, and preheating the organic waste gas storage bed; the ceramic regenerative material for absorbing and releasing heat; heated to a certain temperature (more than 760 DEG C) organic gas oxidation reaction occurs in the combustion chamber, forming carbon dioxide and water purification. The typical two bed RTO main body is composed of a combustion chamber, two ceramic packed beds and four switching valves (see below). The regenerative ceramic packed bed heat exchanger in the device can maximize the recovery of heat energy, and the heat recovery rate is more than 95%. When treating VOC, it doesn't need to use or use very little fuel.

Four. Structure characteristics

Low operating costs and ultra low fuel costs. When the concentration of organic waste gas is above 450PPM, the auxiliary fuel does not need to be added to the RTO device.

The purification rate is high, the two bed RTO purification rate is above 98%, and the three bed RTO purification rate is above 99%.

No two pollution, such as NOX, was produced.

The automatic control and operation are simple.

It is applicable to the treatment of the following organic waste gases:

Large air volume and low concentration;

In the same production line, the components of the waste gas often change because of the different products.

Containing the catalyst poisoning or activity decline in the exhaust gas (e.g. mercury, lead, tin, zinc and other metal vapor and phosphorus, arsenic phosphide, etc, with the increase of time, covering on the surface of the catalyst, the catalyst lose activity; halogen and a large amount of water vapor in the deposit, will make the catalyst temporarily the loss of activity). ;

Performance characteristics:

The operation cost is low and the cost performance is reasonable.

The purification efficiency is high, the removal rate of VOC is more than 95%, up to 99%.

Long service life, easy maintenance.

The operation is safe and reliable.
